Broad Trace Apartments is a small apartment complex located right in town across from the Golden Corral & Wal-Mart shopping center. We are just a couple of miles from Shaw AFB and offer a very easy commute for Military Members. All apartments are fully electric and offer 2 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, open kitchen / living room floor plan, patio or balcony, exterior storage closet and washer / dryer hook ups. Kitchens feature a large breakfast bar, computer desk area, pantry, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, stove and microwave hood. Master bedroom has a private bathroom with a stand-up shower and a walk in closet. Each unit is very spacious containing approximately 1100 sqft.

Utilities are not included. Units offer thermostat-controlled heat pumps and central AC. Electric is supplied by Duke Energy Progress and Water / Sewer is supplied through The City of Sumter. Dumpsters are on site for your household waste.

Pets are allowed upon approval with a paid non-refundable $350 pet fee plus a monthly $30 per pet fee.
